Usher out 2018 with intention setting, tea service, stretching, dance, and sound meditation. As we find ourselves in the annual holiday whirl, and dark winter days, take time this Sunday for yourself to check in and soothe your body, mind, and soul with us.
We will ease into the experience with an intention setting exercise and tea service. During this time we invite people to begin waking up their body, stretching, and preparing to move around the space for the Movement Medicine portion.
During Movement Medicine, Cayla Sharp, will mix songs and sound vibrations to wake up sleepy parts of our body and soul while taking a break from the chaotic city.
After dancing and grooving for 90 minutes, we will slow down the pace with a sound meditation. Finding peace in stillness and communal breathwork, we will end on a quiet note and reflection.

2:00PM - 3:30PM Movement Meditation
3:30PM - 4:00PM sound meditation + closing
